Equipment Return Guidelines

• Please do NOT place items loose in any box – this will almost always result in damage. If your router has detachable accessories (antennas, power cables, etc), please detach them from the router and package them securely so they are not damaged or cause damage to the router.

• Please do NOT use the original manufacturer’s retail box as the outer shipping box. These boxes are not designed to withstand shipping handling and often arrive crushed/torn or the item ends up lost/stolen.

• Please use double boxing for best protection: Pack the item in its original packaging (if still available), then place that inside a larger, sturdy outer shipping box.


• Networking components are sensitive to impact and movement. Please package properly with plenty of cushioning.

RESTOCKING FEE for Improperly Packaged Returns

To ensure all returned equipment is returned undamaged, items will need to be packaged according to the guidelines above. 

A 50% restocking fee will apply on the item’s purchase price for equipment returns that are improperly packaged.

In cases of severe damage that makes the item unusable, the return may be refused and a damaged equipment fee equal to the full replacement cost of the equipment may be assessed.
