How long does shipping normally take?

Is it complicated to install?

The Indoor Router is plug and play. It ships pre-programmed and activated, so all you need to do is plug it into a power outlet, and you’ll be ready to go once it’s fully booted up. Is there a service contract?

Our service is offered on a no-contract basis with auto-renewal billing. You can cancel at any time by returning your equipment. To arrange a prepaid return label and cancellation, simply contact us at [email protected].
